Change: One week at a time.

The Anne Carlsen Center believes every person should live their life to the fullest, and takes one week each summer to turn these dreams into a reality.

TechnoCamp is a one week camp held each year at Elks Camp Grassick along the shores of Lake Isabel near Dawson, North Dakota.

Campers experience the excitement and thrill of summer camp through the help of adaptive technology. Through the latest technologies, campers further develop a variety of life skills mixed with functional learning activities.

Above all, TechnoCamp is about seeing the ability in everyone, and realizing our limitless potential.
