Family Voices of North Dakota is offering a FREE training for parents of children with a special health condition.
The training will help parents learn:
What is care coordination?
“A needs driven, team-based process that values families as essential partners.
Care coordination is intended to integrate care among multiple service providers,
enhance the caregiving ability of the family, and maximize the potential of the child”
The Dickinson training will be in 2 parts
The 2-Part training is open to any parent or caregiver of a child (birth to 21)
who has been identified as having a special health condition.
