What are Sibshops?

Sibshops are created and focused on the siblings that have a brother or sister with special needs and/or developmental delays it will offer time for them to talk with other peers their age and connect with them to offer social emotional support.

The activities and/or games that are planned are focused on open communication and sharing of how having a sibling with a disability effects them whether it be at home, school or the community.

By attending Sibshops our goal is that your child will connect with a new community of peers their age and be able to share, discuss and communicate their experiences and feelings.

For the actual day, your family would drop off your child for 3-4 hours full of games, activities, and discussions!
