Yes- please contact Rachael at least a week prior to the date you’d like to come to Annie’s House. There is an intake form that needs to be filled out prior to arrival. This makes sure we have the correct volunteer(s) and equipment available.
No – there are hotels, however, at Lake Metigoshe and hotels in Bottineau. Both are about 10 miles from the ski resort.
At this time all of our activities for people with disabilities and veterans are free. We have secured grants and donations to scholarship our guests.
There are many different avenues to help Annie’s House Adaptive Recreation Program.

  1. We are always looking for volunteers for our year-round programs. No need to be skilled in the activities we offer. There are many different volunteer positions that can be filled.
  2. Scholarships are needed to keep the program free for individuals. On average it costs $135/person.
  3. Spread the word! Annie’s House Adaptive Recreation Program has a Facebook page to keep everyone up to date.
Because our volunteers are specifically trained in their activity we generally don’t require additional help. However, if there is a time we ask for assistance we will cover the cost of parent/aid.
