Taylor Made Living is a one-of-a-kind apartment community in southwest Fargo, designed for adults with developmental disabilities who receive residential habilitation services through Anne Carlsen.
Each resident enjoys a private efficiency apartment along with access to shared community and activity spaces. Dedicated Direct Support Professionals provide support with daily living while encouraging independence and connection—nurturing a strong sense of community within the building and beyond.

Each resident has an individualized plan and a private apartment, both designed to support independence and self-sufficiency in daily activities, empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their fullest potential.
Community Involvement and Common Space
Residents are encouraged to engage with the community, both within our building and the surrounding neighborhood. Our shared common space fosters socialization, providing a welcoming area for residents, family, and friends to connect and build relationships.
Integrated Services
Job Skills & Employment
This program works together with our employment program to train individuals for individual employment.
Day Habilitation
Our Day Habilitation services immerse individuals in community settings, fostering inclusion and providing training in self-advocacy, safety, social, and pre-vocational skills to help each person reach their full potential and pursue their dreams.
Assistive Technology
Anne Carlsen has a variety of low-tech options of assistive technology to support all individuals. An assessment to determine abilities and limitations happens over time and assistive technology is used to promote independence and engagement.
